Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior team members and hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
  • Manage end to end recruitment process.
  • Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience.
  • Create compelling offer proposals and manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless on-boarding.
  • Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiatives & programs.
  • Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.

Skills

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Have strong candidate interviewing skills.
  • Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
  • Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflows

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters degree
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral)
  • Experience in candidate assessment and management.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
