The HR Intern will support the HRBPs to provide administrative support within Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and Off-boarding formalities.

· Provide day-to-day administrative support across various functional areas

· Assist in maintaining and updating employee records

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with the Time and Attendance policy

· Prepare standard drafts of HR related letters and certificates

· Support in organizational chart updates on real time basis and preparation of HR Reports, trackers etc. as required.

· Support vendor coordination for P&P initiatives

· Assist with coordination and prep for monthly performance reviews

· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
