Job Title: Internee -Supply Chain

Location: Garden Town, Lahore – Onsite
Work Hours: Night Shift
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

Role Overview:

We are seeking a supply chain-internee to coordinate all logistics operations, including dispatches, shipments, transportation, customs, and export documentation to align with international clients and shipment schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate local and export shipments with freight forwarders, transporters, and courier companies.
• Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, GSP, Form-E, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export/import laws, and textile industry standards.
• Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery to international and local clients.
• Manage dispatch schedules in coordination with production and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics documents and shipments.
• Handle claims, insurance, and coordination with banks for export documents under L/C or advance payments.
• Negotiate freight rates and logistics contracts with service providers.
• Generate weekly and monthly logistics performance reports (costs, delays, efficiency).
• Support warehouse team in inventory movement, storage, and stock reconciliation.
• Be available during night shift to coordinate with overseas buyers and logistics partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Garden Town during night shift

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Supply Chain/Logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or local certifications).
