What is Intern Talent & Culture – MMBL?

This role provides support in key functions related to talent management, employee engagement, employer branding, and organizational culture. As an intern, you will assist the Talent & Culture team in designing, implementing, and monitoring initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and development.

The internship offers a hands-on opportunity to understand HR practices within a dynamic organization and contribute to projects that impact employee experience and organizational growth.You will report to the Talent & Culture team and collaborate across departments to gain exposure to strategic HR initiatives.

What Intern Talent & Culture – MMBL does?

• Support the Talent & Culture team in day-to-day operations and projects.
• Help in designing and implementation of employee engagement activities.
• Provide support in maintaining and updating data, making presentations, and making designs on canva as needed.
• Assist in the execution of performance management cycle by coordinating timelines, communication, and data collection.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal communication campaigns.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Intern Talent & Culture – MMBL?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Interest and enthusiasm in HR, talent management, and organizational culture.
• Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong designing (Canva) and MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong in research, problem-solving and exploring innovative ideas.
