Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Intern to join our team of highly motivated individuals. This position will be primarily in-office. Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

JOB DUTIES:

• Help coordinate the transition to a Sharepoint-based system for inputting, tracking, and updating T&E documents and requests.
• Help coordinate all detailed planning aspects of projects and serve as liaison between program management and planning activities, project team, field offices, and other T&E stakeholders
• Help assess T&E requirements and develop budget, resource coordination, test documentation, and mechanisms to monitor T&E project progress.
• Assist with post-event data submission and analyze post-mission financial reports for errors prior to submission to PEO IWS 1TE.
• Investigate ways to incorporate AI or Power BI into existing processes to enhance or streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
• Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned as needed in order to facilitate program success.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, Sophomore year or later.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Engineering or similar major strongly desired.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
