Role: Internal Audit-Dealer

Working Type / Location: Full-time, Ankara

Working Model: Hybrid

What are the responsibilities of this role?

Conducting and documenting dealer and service audits in accordance with the audit plan.
Conducting annual risk analysis and assisting the Dealer Audit Plan in line with the established targets, ensuring field activities are carried out accordingly.
Presenting and reporting audit results in a clear and concise manner.
Following up on action plan progress and ensuring that the recommendations are implemented in a timely manner as committed by the process owners.
Tracking and contributing to the development of digitalization projects related to dealer and service audit processes.
Assisting to prepare Audit Committee presentation.
Travelling for business-related activities may be required.
Active use of a company vehicle for business-related travel.
Evaluating deficiencies and non-compliances identified in the activities conducted by the dealers and providing value-added and creative recommendations and corrective actions.
Investigating and reporting dealer related complaints.

What are the general qualifications required for this role?

University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Science, or similar field
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
At least 2 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP CRM) preferred
Demonstrating knowledge of marketing bonus bulletins and campaigns, with the ability to evaluate and integrate them into the audit process
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and assess operational, strategic and financial risks effectively
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to work effectively as a team player
Willingness to listen and learn in a hands-on environment
No restrictions for domestic travel
Ability to drive and travel for audit activities as required
