Internal Audit Manager

The Internal Audit Manager will lead Snoonu’s internal audit function, reporting directly to the CFO. This position will be responsible for planning and executing internal audits covering financial, operational, and compliance processes — including audits of dark stores, warehouses, procurement, and logistics operations.

The role is critical in ensuring that Snoonu maintains a strong control environment and operates efficiently in line with international best practices.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Develop and execute a comprehensive risk-based internal audit plan covering financial, operational, and compliance areas.
• Conduct audits of business processes such as dark store management, warehouse operations, last-mile logistics, procurement, and inventory control.
• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with functional heads and management to ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful audit reports to the CFO and senior leadership.
• Monitor follow-up actions and ensure implementation of corrective measures.
• Support the CFO in identifying risks, fraud indicators, and process improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies when necessary.
• Continuously update the internal audit methodology to align with international standards (IIA).
  
  

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification preferred (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit, ideally with exposure to Big Four audit firms or within the internal audit function of an international group.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and operational audits.
• Experience in auditing retail, logistics, or warehouse operations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with audit and ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus).
