About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead and manage the internal audit function for a well-established organization based in Abha. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on internal audit experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive governance, risk management, and compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal audit department and audit team
• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans
• Evaluate internal controls, processes, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Prepare high-quality audit reports and present findings to senior management
• Identify risks, recommend improvements, and follow up on corrective actions
• Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and control environment

Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Internal Audit (strong preference for internal audit over external audit)
• Industry experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing or similar is preferred
• CIA or other relevant audit certification is a strong advantage
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Salary & Benefits

• SAR 35,000 – 37,000 total package
• One-time relocation allowance provided

Pay: ﷼35,000.00 - ﷼37,000.00 per month
