We are looking for a "Internal Audit Specialist" for Sigortam.net.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal and/or operational audits
• Experience of information security audit is a plus
• Experience in the fintech or insurtech sector is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and solid problem-solving abilities

Your Role:

• Conducting and participating in operational and process audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the internal controls
• Identifying improvement areas and developing recommendations
• Reporting the results of the audits
• Following-up action plans of the issues detected as agreed with the process owners controlling and confirming the closure of the issues by verifying/validating related documents and information
• Periodically reporting the results of action plan follow-ups
