Internal Auditor

We are urgently looking for Internal Auditor for one our clients from Real Estate Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and project-related activities within the real estate portfolio.
• Review accounting records, project expenditures, vendor payments, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate internal control systems and identify process gaps or risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions to strengthen internal controls.
• Assist in developing and executing the annual audit plan based on risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and real estate regulations.
• Provide insights to management for improving financial transparency and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• CA/ ACCA.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of auditing principles and financial regulations.
• Good understanding of real estate project accounting and operations.
