Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas of the business.
  • Review and evaluate accounting records, internal controls, and business processes.
  • Identify potential risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies in operations (production, inventory, procurement, and sales).
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor inventory management, costing systems, and supplier transactions to prevent fraud or loss.
  • Collaborate with department heads to strengthen internal processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Support external auditors during annual financial audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the garment, manufacturing, or wholesale industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, cost accounting, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, or SAP).
  • High integrity and attention to detail.
