Key Requirements

Professional Qualification:

• ICMA or CA (Part Qualified or Newly Qualified)

Big 4 Exposure is Mandatory:
Candidates must have completed articles or gained relevant experience at:

• A.F. Ferguson (PwC)
• KPMG
• EY Ford Rhodes
• BDO
• Raenda

(Other top-tier audit firms can also be considered)

Experience Level:

• Strong background in internal audit, risk assessment, controls testing, and compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage audit cycles end-to-end
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to interact with senior management and present findings confidently

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Prepare high-quality audit reports and follow-up on corrective actions
• Support management in strengthening governance and risk frameworks
• Perform special assignments as required by the senior leadership
