Internal Auditor/Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement. This role is crucial for assessing our company’s financial health and providing strategic recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance and identify key trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve business operations.
• Monitor and evaluate key financial ratios, such as profitability, liquidity, and efficiency metrics.
• Work closely with the accounting and operations teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Provide financial modeling and forecasting to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Support in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ACCA, MBA Finance).
• Proven experience (4+ years) in financial analysis, performance reporting, and financial modelling. Preferably from Big 6 audit firm experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and financial ratios.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• ACCA/CA (Preferred)

Experience:

• Total: 4 to 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• 4 to 5 Years Firm Experience (Preferred)
