Internal Calling Executive (English Language)

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Internal Calling Executive who can communicate fluently in English and handle client calls professionally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make internal (inbound/outbound) calls to existing and potential clients.
• Communicate in clear, fluent English to explain products or services.
• Record and update call details accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone in every interaction.
• Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication.
• Work with the sales and support teams to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or internal calling preferred.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
