Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Internal Communications Manager to join our Channels & Tools team. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our internal communications channels, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will also serve as a communications business partner for stakeholders in some businesses, supporting the delivery of impactful and locally relevant messaging, including Arabic review and translation.
Channel Management & Optimization

Manage day-to-day operations of internal communications channels (e.g., intranet, email newsletters, digital signage, townhalls).

Monitor channel performance and engagement metrics; identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to enhance channel functionality and user experience.

Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Business Partnering

Act as a trusted communications advisor to business units and functional teams.

Support the planning and execution of internal campaigns, announcements, and leadership communications.

Provide guidance on messaging, format, and delivery to maximize impact.

Review and review Arabic copy and messaging – exceptional Arabic writing skills required.
Content & Editorial Support

Work with content creators and editors to ensure timely and relevant updates across channels.

Maintain editorial calendars and contribute to content planning discussions.

Ensure content is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with company values.
Measurement & Reporting

Track and report on channel usage, campaign performance, and stakeholder feedback.

Use insights to inform future strategies and improve communications effectiveness.
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience
-
3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.

Strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.

Experience working in a matrixed organization or with cross-functional teams.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Arabic.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is required.

Familiarity with Middle Eastern business and cultural landscape is preferred.
