Job purpose:

To support the execution of internal communication and employee engagement initiatives through creative content development and event coordination. The role aims to enhance internal culture, communication, and employee experience while gaining practical exposure in a dynamic fintech environment.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Support internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in content creation and internal event coordination
• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience.
• Design background is preferred.
• Canva experience is a plus.
• Fresh grades are welcome to apply.
