Job Title: Senior Strategic Communications Advisor

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Strategic Internal Communications Advisor to support the COO’s Office within the Global Technology / Global Digital Center (GTC/GDC) . This is a senior internal communications role , focused on elevating GTC/GDC visibility globally and enabling effective leadership communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global internal communications and positioning for GTC/GDC
• Act as a trusted communications advisor to CXO and senior leadership
• Create and execute communication plans aligned with the COO’s office
• Draft leadership communications, internal newsletters, campaigns, and key messages
• Shape and communicate the Global Digital Center narrative
• Drive global engagement programs across US, APAC, and EMEA
• Partner with global/regional leaders and content/design teams
• Represent GTC/GDC in global leadership forums and initiatives

Key Requirements:

• 13+ years of experience in Internal Communications (not marketing)
• Mandatory experience working closely with CXO / leadership teams
• Strong exposure to global communications across multiple regions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ( non-negotiable )
• Expertise in leadership communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management
• Ability to operate with maturity, autonomy, and strategic judgment
