Role Overview :

The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) will help shape how millions experience Wonderla by supporting the strategy, execution, and performance of brand-building initiatives across ATL, digital, social, BTL activations, and on-ground park communication. Someone who wants to think big, move fast, and build a brand that people feel.


This role requires a mix of consumer insight, creative thinking, project management, analytical ability, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do


Brand Building & Ideation

  • Build on consumer insights to support the development of annual brand plans across parks
  • Support brand strategy and seasonal campaign planning
  • Help translate brand positioning into campaigns, communication, and on-ground experiences.
  • Keep your radar on consumer trends, youth insights, pop culture and the amusement/entertainment category
  • Conduct strategic research by coordinating with research agencies and studying category trends and audience behaviour to strengthen brand thinking and campaign development.


Campaigns, Content & Creatives


  • Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns (TV, digital, OOH, radio, BTL)
  • Work with creative, digital and media agencies & in-house teams on end-to-end campaign execution
  • Ensure the brand’s tone of voice is sharp, fun, and unmistakably Wonderla
  • Help create high-energy content, manage campaign timelines, creative approvals, budgets, and delivery
  • Track & report campaign performance with actionable insights


On-Ground Experience & Activations

  • Support in-park branding, events, festivals, influencer days, and guest experience touchpoints
  • Work with operations, sales, GR and IT to make the Wonderla experience feel seamless and exciting
  • Help execute campus programs, mall activations, brand tie-ups and special collaborations
  • Be hands-on during major campaigns and activation weekends (you’ll love the energy)


Tracking, Reporting & Learning


  • Maintain weekly/monthly trackers and dashboards
  • Analyse market performance, campaign ROI, customer insights, and content performance
  • Derive what’s working, what’s not, and what can go bigger.
  • Present insights to marketing leadership with a clear, fresh point of view.

  • A creative thinker with strong execution skills & attention to detail
  • Obsessed with content, social media, pop culture and brand storytelling
  • Data-aware (not scared of numbers!)
  • Great at multitasking and managing timelines
  • Comfortable working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Energetic, curious, collaborative and sharp
  • Bonus: local language skills (Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu/Odia)


Qualifications


  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing in FMCG, entertainment, hospitality, or consumer-facing categories
  • Experience working with creative/media/event agencies is preferred
