Roles & Responsibilities

The Internal customer support specialist is responsible for handling incoming calls and chats from customers, applicants, and candidates, as well as responding to inquiries and support tickets from existing employees. This role also supports the talent acquisition process through sourcing tasks and initial candidate engagement. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to multitask across various communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer and candidate inquiries via calls, chat, and email.
  • Respond to and resolve internal employee support tickets and questions.
  • Support recruitment efforts by sourcing potential candidates from various platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of conversations and ticket updates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure seamless support.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
