Part-Time Remote Junior Accountant (Egypt-Based)

Working Hours: 2–3 hours/day (Flexible)

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Remote from Egypt

About Us:

We’re 3arabian, a fast-growing online Arabic tutoring startup. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to help manage invoicing, collections, and financial reporting — working closely with the CEO and the team to ensure financial clarity and smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Track payments, follow up with clients, and reduce outstanding dues using our CRM
• Issue and reconcile invoices via Zoho Books or similar tools
• Support VAT reporting and assist in monthly financial tasks
• Monitor student enrollments and help with retention data
• Share clear, weekly financial reports with management
• Assist with feedback survey analysis and general operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Based in Egypt
• Experience in accounting, invoicing, and collections
• Familiar with Zoho Books or other accounting systems
• Good understanding of VAT and compliance basics
• Strong attention to detail and high reliability
• Clear and professional communicator in English
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked at a startup or in online service businesses
