Internal Logistics & Inventory Management Engineer

We are looking for an Internal Logistics & Inventory Management Engineer who will play a key role in material and production operations.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, and implement internal logistics systems to ensure materials are delivered to production lines in the right quantity and at the right time
  • Implement lean engineering practices to reduce waste in material flow, including standardized work and layout improvements
  • Optimize production line material areas, line-side layouts, and racking systems in terms of efficiency, ergonomics, and occupational health and safety
  • Optimize synchronized material handling equipment between warehouses and production lines; lead the commissioning of new equipment
  • Classify materials supplied to production and kept on the shop floor in line with PFEP principles
  • Design and sustain material handling and warehouse operations in compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards
  • Analyze and improve supplier shipment and delivery methods; develop logistics structures aligned with reusable packaging, standard delivery plans, and line-feeding systems
  • Execute, improve, and report inventory management and stock optimization activities
  • Monitor line-feeding performance indicators conduct audits and drive data-driven continuous improvement initiatives


Qualifications & Expectations

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics engineering, warehouse engineering, inventory management, production planning, or similar fields
  • Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and material flow systems
  • Preferably experienced in Kanban, milk-run, and line-feeding processes
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience with Power BI and/or SQL is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Familiarity with ERP or similar material and production management systems
  • Knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills
