What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, families, and the community

• Guide families through the admissions process with compassion and clarity

• Collaborate with leadership to implement census development strategies

• Represent our facility with professionalism, warmth, and care

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or community outreach (SNF/LTC preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to connect with people and foster trust
