We’re hiring an Internal Recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment for our operations and support teams. In this fast-moving, full-time role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for key roles across logistics, customer service, and back-office functions. What You’ll Do

• Own the recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles in operations and support

• Screen, assess, and engage candidates with professionalism and care

• Maintain structured pipelines and hiring reports through our ATS

• Keep candidates informed and aligned throughout the process

• Partner closely with hiring leads to forecast needs and refine hiring strategies

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of high-volume recruiting or agency staffing experience

• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills

• Familiarity with ATS systems and tools like Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse

• Experience hiring in fast-scaling environments

• Available to work PST or EST hours in a fully remote team
