Job Description:

We are hiring an enthusiastic Inside Sales Officer to handle lead engagement, client communication, and sales coordination. You'll connect with potential customers, explain our products, and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming & outgoing customer calls
• Share product info and guide customers
• Convert leads into walk-ins or confirmed orders
• Coordinate with sales and CRM teams
• Maintain daily call records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Experience in inside sales, customer handling, or lead generation preferred
• Freshers with confidence are welcome

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
