International B2B Sales Representative — voice BPO, international calling sales; own your pipeline and close high-value international B2B contracts (On-site, Night Shift).
Compensation & earning potential (state clearly)
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): PKR 150,000+ / month
- Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 (guaranteed)
- Uncapped Commission: Aggressive, transparent commission plan + accelerators for over-quota performance.
- Performance rewards: daily bonuses, attendance incentives, gratuity contributions.
- Paid advanced sales training and daily coaching. Top performers regularly exceed PKR 150,000/month.
Key responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to acquire international B2B clients and manage your full sales cycle.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with consultative selling and objection handling.
- Build and manage a data-driven sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho), forecast accurately and report on revenue metrics.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas (quota attainment is measured and rewarded).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client onboarding and long-term retention.
Non-negotiable qualifications (do not apply if you don’t meet these)
- Verifiable 1+ year experience in international calling sales OR international calling customer support (BPO / Call Center).
- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (provide recent quota metrics when applying).
- Professional English fluency (C1/C2) with strong verbal & written negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working fixed night shifts (6 PM–2 AM or 8 PM–4 AM PKT) and full-time on-site at Gulistan-e-Johar.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), strong resilience, problem-solving and advanced objection-handling skills.
