The responsibilities of this position to meet the business requirements of Garanti BBVA Romania on CRM, Compliance, Fraud Monitoring, Cash Management, Domestic and International Money Transfers, Deposits, Loans, Central/Branch Operations and Foreign Trade modules. The job requires preparation of detailed functional analysis documents for software development team and testing of software applications as well as some maintenance work on existing systems. The position also needs to monitor technological developments on the banking sector and produce new ideas to improve the products and services for increase customer satisfaction.

The job requires;

• Preparation of detailed functional analysis documents for software development team by gathering, eliciting and analyzing business requirements and creation of necessary documentation with process flows.
• Testing of software applications (preparing test scenarios, running integration, functional, regression, stress and performance tests), managing UAT tests and maintenance work on existing systems.
• Maximizing quality of banking products and services by supporting continuous improvement of software
• The position also needs to monitor technological developments on the banking sector and produce new ideas to improve the products and services for increase customer satisfaction.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• MS in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematical Engineering or a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3,5 years of professional work experience as Business Analyst
• Experience at Business and functional requirement analysis, process analysis and design, data analysis, devsecops procedures, end-user workshops.
• Knowledge of database logics, able to use query tools easily
• Flexible and swift on adapting new concepts and ideas, eager to accept the challenges of tackling loosely defined projects
• Comfortable with working with tight deadlines, excelled in coordination
• Ability to design interfaces to improve user experience
• Familiar with Project Management methods, disciplines and project lifecycle, preferably agile principals
• Knowledge about test processes and methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
