International Business Development & B2B Sales Executive

X-Mart is an international healthcare and wellness brand specializing in premium dietary supplements manufactured under GMP standards. As part of our global expansion strategy, we are looking for a results-driven professional to lead international B2B client acquisition and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard international B2B partners, including distributors, wholesalers, pharmacy chains, and importers
  • Actively lead and manage international sales negotiations with decision-makers
  • Present X-Mart products, pricing models, and commercial terms to potential partners
  • Negotiate and finalize:
  • Commercial contracts
  • Pricing and margin structures
  • MOQ and payment terms
  • Distribution or exclusivity agreements
  • Convert qualified leads into signed contracts and active customers
  • Develop new markets outside the UAE and GCC
  • Maintain clear reporting on leads, negotiations, and signed agreements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international B2B sales and negotiations
  • Strong capability in commercial and contract-level negotiations
  • Background in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG is highly preferred
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Solid understanding of export, international distribution, and trade terms
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and independent
  • Existing international buyer or distributor network is a strong advantage

Compensation & Commission Structure

  • Base salary (negotiable, based on experience)
  • Attractive commission paid per successfully signed contract
  • Additional commission based on sales volume and repeat orders
  • Clear, performance-based growth path to Regional Sales Manager
