Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Client Acquisition Specialist to lead business development efforts for our HR & Recruitment services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting international clients while building lasting partnerships across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive international business development and client acquisition for HR & Recruitment services.
• Conduct lead generation, cold outreach, and relationship-building with potential clients.
• Manage client onboarding, contracts, and account growth.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Represent ITP with professionalism and integrity in all international communications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in HR, Recruitment, or Staffing services).
• Strong understanding of international markets and client outreach strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
