Your Responsibilities As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Client Support: Handle all inbound client inquiries promptly and effectively via phone, email, and live chat.
• Problem Resolution: Deliver accurate, effective solutions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to provide a seamless and positive experience for every client.
• Data Management: Maintain precise and detailed records of all client interactions.
• Performance: Meet and consistently exceed quality standards and performance goals.

Who We Are Looking For We value a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional English: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Proactive Attitude: A strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We provide all necessary training.

• Location: On-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Shifts:
• Day: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (PKT)
• Night: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
