International Sales Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

FissionTech is looking for a International Sales Executive to assist in driving the sales on the global stage. The candidate must be an experienced sales professional and had done cold calls and has a potential to close deals for different IT services. Experience in conducting market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, close sales, maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs, and complete a range of administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in selling digital and custom software solutions would be a huge plus.
  • Identify and target potential international clients to expand market presence.
  • Handle the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, demo, solution, proposal and signoff, and follow-up to ensure customer success.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Coordinating and arranging client meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Assist in developing and expanding our portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of industry experience in BPO industry.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated skill in excelling in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive demands.

  • Internet and tech-savvy and understand how new technologies can help businesses grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
