Your Responsibilities

As a key point of contact for our international clients, you will be on the front lines, ensuring every interaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Client Support: Efficiently manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Problem Resolution: Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver a seamless and positive client experience.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions.
• Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed quality and performance goals to contribute to the team's overall success.

Who We're Looking For

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are a must.

• Location: On-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
• Job Type: Full-Time.
• Shifts:
• Day: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (PKT)
• Night: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
