Compensation Package: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 Base + Performance Bonuses + Allowances = Total PKR 63,000 - PKR 78,000+ Monthly Potential

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

  • Shift Option 1: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT
  • Shift Option 2: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM PKT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex customer inquiries through phone-based support for international clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solution strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation with 90%+ accuracy compliance standards
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics to maximize monthly incentive earnings
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional service experiences

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of international customer service experience (BPO/call center background preferred)
  • Professional English communication skills (verbal and written) at C1 level or equivalent
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Availability for night shift schedules (multiple options available)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or Zendesk experience ideal)
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 per month
  • Performance Bonuses: PKR 20,000 - PKR 30,000+ monthly based on achievable metrics
