Key Responsibilities

As part of the international customer experience team, you will serve as the primary touchpoint for clients around the world—delivering consistent, high-quality service across multiple communication channels.

  • Client Communication: Manage and resolve client interactions through phone calls, professional email exchanges, and live chat support with clarity and professionalism.
  • Issue Resolution: Take full ownership of client concerns, ensuring prompt, effective, and lasting solutions to maintain strong client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and sales, to provide a seamless, end-to-end client experience.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document all client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups within the CRM system to maintain up-to-date and reliable records.
  • Service Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance benchmarks related to responsiveness, communication quality, and resolution timelines.

Compensation & Benefits

Renexus Resource Group offers a reward structure designed to recognize both performance and potential:

  • Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
