Domains Yesterday is the hiring partner for ABS International (A 16-Year Principal US Business). We are expanding our internal support team in Karachi. This is NOT a third-party BPO project. We are the Principal Business Owner. We need Problem Solvers who want a stable career without the pressure of cold calling.

THE OFFER (Fixed & Stable):

• Base Salary: PKR 45,000 – PKR 50,000 (Fixed & Guaranteed).
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to PKR 25,000+ monthly (Based on Quality/Attendance).
• Total Potential: PKR 75,000+.
• Stability: Direct US employment. Permanent Role.

THE ROLE (Service First):

• Support: Assist US business clients via Phone & Email regarding their accounts.
• Resolve: Fix account issues and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Retain: Build relationships so clients stay with us long-term.
• Zero Sales: You will never be asked to sell. Your job is Service .

REQUIREMENTS:

• English: Native/Neutral Accent is Mandatory .
• Experience: 1+ Year in International Support (CSR).
• Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM), (10:00 PM - 6:00am)
• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal & Gulistan-e-Johar.
