About the Role
Carmentined is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused International Customer Support Specialist to handle US-based clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth customer experience by resolving queries efficiently and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls (US clients)
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support / international support
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Experience dealing with US or international clients preferred
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple conversations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Willingness to work night shift (US time zone)
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
