International Educational Counselor

Job description: We are seeking an experienced, motivated and empathetic Student Counselor to join our team in AIRLINE SOCIETY, LAHORE. The candidate must have 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will guide students through academic, personal, and career challenges, helping them make informed decisions about their education and future.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students.
• Assist students in developing educational and career goals.
• Address academic or personal issues impacting student performance.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Organize workshops and seminars on relevant topics (e.g., study skills, time management, stress management).
• Collaborate with parents and administrative staff as needed.
• Stay updated on educational programs, scholarships, and opportunities.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a student counselor, academic advisor, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Representation and appearance on different social media platforms.
