SteelMaster Buildings is expanding its global and domestic presence, and we are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking International Marketing & Business Development Specialist to help lead that charge.

This high-impact role is designed for a bilingual marketing professional (English/Spanish) with both creative and analytical acumen—someone who can think strategically, act globally, and drive measurable business results. You will shape how SteelMaster connects with customers and partners across borders, developing and executing marketing strategies that grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and open new markets—internationally and domestically.

You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of marketing strategy & execution, sales enablement, and business development, collaborating directly with leadership to strengthen SteelMaster’s position as a global industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

Global Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth

  • Develop and execute a multilingual marketing strategy that strengthens SteelMaster’s global brand and supports expansion in international and domestic B2B markets.
  • Assist with content strategy, content writing, localization, and creative development for SteelMasterEstructuras.com and SteelMasterUSA.com, ensuring consistency of voice, messaging, and brand standards.
  • Use SEO/AEO insights, data analytics, and market research to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align marketing strategy with broader business goals, ensuring measurable ROI on global initiatives.

B2B Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify, pursue, and cultivate relationships with B2B clients across key domestic and international markets—including construction firms, distributors, and commercial partners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute lead-generation initiatives and nurture pipelines through targeted digital and content-driven communication strategies.
  • Support partnership development efforts by preparing tailored marketing materials, presentations, and proposals that drive conversions and strengthen relationships.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Leadership

  • Implement paid advertising and digital lead-generation campaigns tactics (Search Engines, Meta platforms, WhatsApp, and others) to attract and convert qualified leads.
  • Develop performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and conversion rates, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Administer creative assets, landing pages, and localized campaigns to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance while maintaining global brand integrity.

International Sales Enablement & Market Expansion

  • Collaborate with the General Manager – International to evaluate and enter new markets, identify potential distributors, and assess competitive positioning.
  • Provide marketing and logistical support for international vendor relationships, including pricing strategy, localized content, and digital collateral.
  • Conduct market research to inform international business development and emerging regional opportunities.

Social Media & Global Brand Engagement

  • Oversee Spanish-language social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to expand audience reach and engagement.
  • Build relationships with key industry influencers and partners to amplify SteelMaster’s brand presence in both established and emerging markets.
  • Align content calendars and digital storytelling with broader business objectives to enhance customer trust and visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in international marketing, B2B business development, or global brand management.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong understanding and technical competency of digital marketing channels, analytics, SEO/AEO, marketing automation within CRM systems and marketing software platforms including but not to limited to WordPress, Canva, video creation and editing.
  • Demonstrate an ability to think strategically, manage cross-functional initiatives, and communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for global growth and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
