Summary

The Marketing Specialist role is an in-house position responsible for supporting and executing integrated marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness for Genuine Health Group across a wide variety of platforms. The focus is on both digital and traditional marketing channels, collaboration with business development teams, and tracking performance to optimize marketing campaigns for Genuine Health.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute and develop marketing campaigns (digital, email, organic/targeted social media, content, events) designed to increase brand awareness and position Genuine Health Group as the preferred partner for physician practices.
  • Partner with business development and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies for specific markets and practice specialties and gather insights to decision makers.
  • Create marketing content and collateral such as website updates, blog posts, case studies, white papers, presentations, emails, and infographics.
  • Manage and optimize the website, landing pages, SEO/SEM efforts, social channels, and paid digital advertising to generate leads or interest from medical practices.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (campaign ROI, website traffic, lead generation, conversion, cost per lead/acquisition) and recommend adjustments.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure brand-compliant, timely marketing deliverables.
  • Support the company’s presence at industry conferences, partner events, and outreach meetings to help generate interest.
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries and uphold brand guidelines.
  • Identify and evaluate industry events for company attendance and potential sponsorship.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of successful marketing experience
  • Experience with integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics), CRM/marketing automation systems, and email platforms.
  • Experience in developing or hosting Webinars and Podcasts
  • Excellent writing/editing and communication skills—able to translate messaging for Genuine’s target audience – physicians and medical practices
  • Strong project management skills: ability to handle multiple initiatives and adhere to deadlines.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with healthcare, physician practices, managed care models is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media management, and basic design/creative tools (Adobe, Canva).
  • Willingness to travel moderately for events, outreach, and conferences.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, ACO/MSO environment or B2B professional services
  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
