International Operations Associate (Retention & Escalations)

Are you too experienced for basic "Customer Support"?

ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is hiring for its Tier-2 US Operations Team. We are looking for Retention Specialists who can handle complex client issues. This is NOT an entry-level job. We need Problem Solvers who can save accounts and manage escalations.

⚖THE DIFFERENCE (CSR vs. Operations):

• CSRs read scripts. You solve unique problems.
• CSRs handle volume. You handle quality.
• CSRs earn basic pay. You earn Performance Bonuses.

THE OFFER:

• Base Salary: PKR 45,000 – 60,000 (Based on Experience).
• Retention Bonus: Earn up to PKR 25,000+ monthly for saving active clients.
• Total Potential: PKR 75,000 – 85,000.
• Growth: This role leads to "Team Lead" positions.

YOUR MISSION:

• Retain: Speak with US clients who want to cancel or downgrade and provide solutions to keep them.
• Resolve: Handle "Escalated Cases" that junior agents cannot fix.
• Consult: Recommend account upgrades where appropriate (Soft Sales/Upselling).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Support or Retention. (Freshers please apply to our Standard CSR role).
• English: Native/Neutral Accent is Mandatory. You must be able to negotiate and empathize.
• Shift: Night Shift (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM).
• Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14.
