Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive International Patient Care Specialist to join our care coordination team. You will oversee patient treatment schedules, maintain communication after procedures, and ensure continued guidance and support once patients return home.

Key Duties

• Track and monitor the progress of international patients’ treatment plans.
• Follow up with patients post-procedure to ensure satisfaction and provide instructions for aftercare.
• Maintain and update detailed patient records and treatment reports.
• Collaborate with patients, doctors, and coordinators to resolve questions or issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an international-facing role, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Empathetic and patient-focused mindset.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 19:00
• Saturday: Remote work available after probation period
