International Patient Relations Representative

We have many patients from other cities and also other countries. We are currently looking for a Medical Assistant to join our Team, who can communicate and interested in our international patients.

Job Description

Interact with patients through a variety of communication channels such as inbound emails, phone calls and social media

Provide patients with various and proper information about the products, services and Clinics

Answering patient questions in a timely manner and alleviating patient concerns by having proactive approach

Assisting patients to find their treatment solution in an explanatory way in order to clarify which treatment may be fit their conditions

Following templates continuously to address patients enquires

Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements

Scheduling patient appointments according to both parties’ availability

Arranging transfers and accommodations for patients

Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improve procedures

Handle patient needs to ensure a satisfactory

Establish communication with the TL regularly in order to maintain operational goals

Keep records of all type of communications in CC database in a comprehensible way

Ensure personal qualitative and quantitative targets

Complying adherence to company policies and procedures

Participate in trainings and striving to increase and improve existing skills

Qualifications

- Have excellent written English (will be tested),

- Have effective verbal communication skills in English

- Can be dynamic team workers,

- Have professionalism and organizational capabilities,

- Have a positive, energetic attitude for a fast paced environment,

- Are detail oriented and follow through,

- Liaising with different departments and clinics regarding patient enquiries.

- Using comprehension skills to understand the patient needs before offering the best possible solution.
