International Procurement Specialist

We’re Hiring – Calling Agent (UK Procurement Process)

we are seeking energetic and motivated Calling Agents to join our UK Procurement Campaign. This role is focused on managing communication with UK-based suppliers and clients, primarily related to the procurement and purchase of software solutions.

Position: Calling Agent – Procurement (UK)

Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Siddiq Trade Center, Gulberg II, Lahore

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 (Basic) + Attractive Commissions

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to UK-based suppliers and clients for procurement-related discussions.

Handle inquiries regarding buying software and provide accurate product/service information.

Manage and maintain professional communication with clients through calls and emails.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to support procurement needs.

Ensure accurate record-keeping of communications and transactions in company systems.

Work towards achieving monthly performance targets set by the management.

Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Confident, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.

Basic understanding of procurement processes (especially buying software) will be a plus.

Must have knowledge of using email for professional communication.

Previous call center or procurement experience is preferred but not mandatory.
