To manage the budget and cost processes of our company’s international projects, monitor project costs, control cash flow, and ensure that projects are completed in line with budget targets.


Job Description:

  • Ensure the needs and budget control of material requests opened for the project,
  • Control and approve incurred costs and assign the relevant cost codes,
  • Prepare monthly cash flow and total cost reports for projects,
  • Monitor the uploading of contracts into the system,
  • Control progress payments centrally,
  • Review cost reports and periodically update the budget,
  • Monitor cost codes of procurement requests,
  • Participate in periodic budget updates.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cost/budget management for international projects,
  • Proficient in MS Office,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Experienced in Primavera and ERP (IFS) systems,
  • Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cost control for international projects,
  • Knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
