About the Job

We are looking for an experienced " Project Finance Manager ”to join our team in İstanbul.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in BA, economics or engineering from a reputable university (having an MBA is a plus),
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in project finance, corporate finance, investment banking or similar fields,
• Experience from reputable banks, advisory departments of international consultancy companies (such as Big 4), investment banks, M&A houses or multilaterals or similar institutions (CFA is a plus),
• Exposure to DFIs, ECAs and international loan markets is a plus,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Strong project management skills,
• Ability to work on multiple projects across products and sectors while working to deadlines and managing time effectively,
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint,
• Strong inter-personal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing,
• Willingness to travel, i.e. no obstacles for travelling within Turkey or abroad frequently.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the structuring and execution of complex project finance transactions for the entire deal life cycle,
• Reviewing and evaluating project finance documentation,
• Managing and coordinating the loan utilizations and all requests from the international lenders for existing transactions (+USD2bn ongoing investments),
• Monitoring the compliance with financial covenants and obligations for existing transactions,
• Managing communication and due diligence work streams with international lenders and external advisors,
• Assisting the coordination of data flow between potentially multiple shareholders,
• Reviewing legal documentation together with the internal and external legal team,
• Fulfilling the reporting requirements of the management and lenders,
