About the Company

Our client is a diversified and growing group engaged in renewable energy (Montenegro solar power plant investments), construction projects, technology development activities (within the Technopark structure), and food & restaurant operations.

We are looking for a Group Finance Manager who will oversee the financial management of the group companies and strengthen our strategic decision-making processes.

Role Purpose

The Group Finance Manager will manage all financial operations, cash flow, budgeting and reporting processes, investment feasibility studies, and risk management end-to-end. The role will also lead strategic-level relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.

This is one of the most critical roles for achieving the group’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; a Master’s degree is an asset.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience (preferably in multiple sectors).
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and consolidation.
• Strong experience in banking, investment financing, and credit processes.
• Proficiency in technology-driven and digital finance tools.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong leadership capability, strategic mindset, and analytical decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Holder of a valid Class B driving license.

Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Management

• Plan and execute the financial strategies of group companies.
• Conduct financial feasibility, profitability, and risk analyses for investment projects (particularly international solar energy projects).
• Support management’s strategic decisions through financial modelling, scenario analyses, and advanced reporting.

Financial Operations and Reporting

• Manage cash flow and monitor financial risks.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Lead the budgeting process and perform variance analyses.
• Develop cost analyses and efficiency-driven financial improvement recommendations.

Banking and Investor Relations

• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, leasing companies, and investors.
• Oversee credit processes, financing models, and fund management activities.

Group Finance & Internal Control

• Ensure financial consolidation of group companies.
• Establish, monitor, and improve internal control and financial compliance processes.
• Follow regulatory requirements and manage financial risk mechanisms.
• Drive process improvement, digitalization, and financial automation initiatives.
