About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented recruiter with 4 years of experience in hiring talent across the Middle East and APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the diverse recruitment needs and cultural nuances of these regions, as well as the ability to source, attract, and secure top talent for a wide range of roles. This position requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to meet the hiring demands of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across the Middle East and APAC region, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, organizational needs, and team culture.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the region, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, social media, job fairs, and other platforms to attract top talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit for various positions.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Leverage recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and CRM systems to streamline the recruitment process and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners in the region to assist with specialized hiring needs.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor laws in the Middle East and APAC region to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Management teams to support on boarding and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights into time-to fill, source effectiveness, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Should have knowledge to generate the database management and optimization it to close the clients profile.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and drive.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
