The Role: International Retail Operations Executive (Europe)

Job Description:

• Responsible of new store openings, carrying out operational processes.
• Supports the store managers as a mentor when necessary.
• Substitutes for Country and/or Area Managers when necessary.
• Does the market research and analysis of competition, creates an action plan and shares with the Head of International Retail Operations.
• Identifies the necessary measures to increase the sales in the stores and gives feedbacks to Area/Country Managers (Cash register, product, unit placement etc.)
• Follows the stores' stocks, shipments acceptances and return processes in accordance with the direction of the Head of International Retail Operations. Shares the wrong applications and action plans with the Head of International Retail Operations.
• Identifies the risks for the financial affairs related issues that are under his/her responsibility such as checking the salary-bonuses, store cash deficit, advance payments etc.
• Plans weekly business trips to the countries, reports to the Retail Operation Director regarding action plans, travel reports etc.
• Logistics durations and shipments
• Checking country occupancy rates
• Controlling product mix distributions
• Tracking OKRs and project/process management

Requirements

• University Degree
• Excellent level in English (both written & verbal)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail
• Analytic thinking skill
• Reporting & analysis skills
• Ability to travel internationally
