International Client Acquisition Specialist: Auto Trade Division

Renexus Resource Group is a rapidly expanding provider of international business solutions, specializing in high-value sales and client support across global markets. As part of our strategic growth in the auto trade sector, we are seeking an ambitious and driven International Client Acquisition Specialist to help us strengthen our international footprint.

The Role

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our global sales initiatives—identifying opportunities, negotiating with overseas buyers, and ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact to final delivery.   • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective strategies for penetrating targeted global markets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into long-term clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with international buyers in the auto trade industry.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a positive client experience.
  • Market Insight: Monitor market developments and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Performance: Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in international sales is required. Auto trade industry experience is preferred.
  • Proven Success: You have a track record of consistently achieving sales goals.
  • Communication: You possess strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills in English.
  • Mindset: You are self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage accounts independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for lead management and reporting is essential.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a solid understanding of export/import procedures; and multilingual skills are all considered advantages.

  • Shift Timings: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
