International Automotive Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven International Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position is for a proactive professional with a track record of success in the automotive industry, who is ready to achieve ambitious sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective international sales strategies.
• Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities in international markets.
• Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients worldwide.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Market Insight: Stay informed on automotive industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Performance: Meet or exceed all monthly sales goals.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of international sales experience, specifically within the automotive sector.
• Proven Success: A documented history of outstanding sales performance.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional Skills: The ability to work independently, manage a portfolio of client accounts, and a solid understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Desired Qualities: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Knowledge of global sales regulations and proficiency in multiple languages are also preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: A competitive base salary of PKR 30,000 – 70,000 per month.
• Commission: An uncapped commission structure with unlimited earning potential.

• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (on-site)
• Shift: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
