International Sales Closer ( Night Shift)

Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is are seeking a high-performing, confident, and experienced International Sales Closer to join our fast-growing global sales team. In this role, you will take ownership of warm, qualified leads and guide them through the final stages of the sales process—turning interest into revenue. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and technical teams to meet campaign goals and boost revenue.

NOTE: (Night Shift - International Campaign only)

For Full time.

We are offering 50k-60k basic salary along with lucrative bonus plans.

Bonus up to 1 Million.

Requirements and skills

Proficiency in English.

Thorough understanding of marketing/sales and negotiating techniques.

Fast learner and passion for sales.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
